This
year in addition to the cost of Registration you will be required to
purchase 3 Cash Calendars at a cost of $75 per player ($25 per
calendar) - Tykes to Juvenile. Cash Calendars must be paid for
separately.
A
Volunteer and Jerseys Return Bond of $200 per family is required
Novice to Juvenile.
Cheque
payable to KMHA, post dated to March 31st
2013.
For
each player selected to play for the Novice Rep team an equalization
fee of $75 will be collected after all tryouts are complete.
