Regular Season Starts
Submitted By Mark Long on Sunday, October 11, 2009
Thanksgiving Sunday Morning starts with a battle between the Walkerton Capitals and your own Kincardine Kinucks. The parents were entertained with a tremendously exciting game between two teams that are trying to establish their presence. Although the team was missing two key components of their team ( "Everett the puck stops here Luinstra" and "Kendon see ya later Zettle") they rallied around each other. The coaching staff was pleased with the progress the team has made in such a short amount of time. Everyone should be proud of their young athletes.

Broady Hewitt filled in the position of goal tender and provided a stellar game between the pipes. The forward pressure of Colhoun, Wall, Renaud, McCormick, Smith and Gibson kept the Walkerton team on its toes. The "Berlin Wall" of Stevenson, Anderson, McGregor and Long provided home base protection. We are all looking forward to how they progress through out the year and are excited for this upcoming season.
"Well Done Team"!
