Please review the following information in regards the upcoming plans for the KMHA Tyke age group. 

 

 

  • Each team has a variety of skill level. Teams could change slightly if evening up is required.
  • Each team will need a rostered coach & trainer. KMHA will be hosting a coach 1 clinic on the 22SEP (Contact Jeremy McQuillin for details) and the training course can be completed online (contact Matt McKenzie for details). KMHA will reimburse individuals for the cost of these clinics upon successful completion and rostering.
  • KMHA may be putting 2 teams of 8 players on 1 official roster. This will allow us to mix skill level with other   centers if required.
  • All teams will practice together. 
  • Coaches will work together on practice plans geared to skill development.
  • WOAA is leaving each centre on there own to schedule games. These need to be approved by KMHA prior to being played.  KMHA is compiling a list of Tyke contacts for other centers.
  • Your first ice time is this Saturday at 7:00 so please come prepared. 
  • KMHA will be in contact with everyone as soon as possible with additional details
