Sharp is Sharp
The Canadian Tire Atom Reps lost their playoff series against Goderich Friday night at Memorial Arena 2-1.

With goalie Jamie Brock too sick play, defenseman Raven  Sharp dusted off the pads and dawned a mask. Sharp hasn't played goal in two years, but was willing to do his best for the up and coming Atoms. His best was amazing. He had very little help for the first two periods, but came up with big saves over and over again. According to the scouts he has a future at what ever position he wants to pursue.....this reporter, however, discovered through inside sources that he's going to stick with playing out.

The lone goal was scored by Rainor Kuz, assisted by Christopher Coady. Kuz has scored in back to back games and is really coming to form on the left wing. The wing combination of Cara Colhoun and Tori Hodgins played well in their own end, while the defensive combination of Emma Swift and Jacob Bishop played aggressive and communicated well together.

The Atoms have only given up 6 goals in the last three games and are playing very well in their own end. They are looking forward to the recovery of Brock and the opportunity to win the 'B' side of the play-offs.
