Kinucks Encounter the Cyclones
The Listowel Cyclones blew into town for the Kincardine Tim-br Mart Bantam Boys first regular season home game, and what a storm it was.

Kincardine started the game off right with a goal within the first 20 seconds of play.  Brett Dunsbier got his first goal of the regular season with the assists going to Dallas Hewitt and Carter Strachan.  Listowel tied the game up halfway through the first period and scored their second goal before the period ended.

The second period proved to be a battle with neither team able to add anything to the scoreboard.

The beginning of the third period was all Kincardine.  They scored 3 goals in a row, Strachan, unassisted, Ethan Skinner, unassisted and Dunsbier assisted by Hewitt and Jordan Bell.  However, the Cyclones weren't finished yet.  With 3:42 left in the game, Listowel scored their third goal.  The remainder of the game had everyone in the crowd on the edge of their seats.  With less that a minute left in the game, Kincardine kept the play in the offensive zone but could not capitalize on the empty net.  With 6 Cyclones on the ice, they were able to score the tying goal with only 2.6 seconds left on the clock.

Both teams played a great game the fans will have to wait until November 18th before the two teams will play each other again.
