KINCARDINE HOME HARDWARE NOVICE REPORT !!
 The novice team lost there opening round best of 5 series to the Mitchell Meteors 3 games to 1.  Mitchell won game one 5-1, scoring the lone goal for Kincardine was Zach Wall. 


In game two Kincardine was determined to even the series at a game a piece with a nail biting 4-3 win on the road.  Goals were scored by Liam Colhoun (2), Claire Hunsburger, and Wall, assists went to Jordan Moulton, Darcy Scott, Wilson Shipp, Georgia Tanner, and Wall.  
Mitchell hosted game three as they won the flip, and beat us 5-1 again.  Wall was the only Kinuck to find the back of the net in this one.  Game four was similar to games one and three.  Mitchell took the lead and never looked back winning the game 6-1, and the series.  Scoing for Kincardine was Wilson Shipp from Wall.  
The Kinucks would like to wish Mitchell all the best as they move forward in the playoffs!!!

This meant Kincardine would now start a round robin with Saugeen Shores, and Walkerton playing a home and home with both teams.  Kincardine hosted Walkerton on Thursday night and skated to a 7-0 victory. Goals came from Wall (3), Colhoun (2), Hunsburger, and Jordan Beisel.  Assists to Moulton (3), Shipp (2), Tanner, Beisel, Wall, Hunsburger, and Ethan Petire. Saturday we hosted Saugeen Shores and won 7-3.  Goals scorers were Wall with another hat trick (3), Colhoun, Shipp, Moulton, and Beisel. Setting up the goals were Hunsburger (4), Shipp (2), Moulton (2), Colhoun (2), Beisel, Scott, Wall, and Robert McGregor. On Sunday the team travelled to Saugeen Shores, and didn't seem to have the same intensity that they had the day before.  The Kinucks put some serious pressure on on the Storm in the last three minutes but were not able to tie the game falling 5-4.  Goals were scored by Colhoun, Moulton, Shipp, and Wall.  Helpers went to Scott, Wall, Hunsburger, and Colhoun.  The team will play in Walkerton Monday night, and then will wait for the remainder of the round robin games to be completed.  The top two teams will then play a best of three series. 

The Kinucks travel to Listowel on Sunday, March 13th for a one day tournament. Let's GO HOME HARDWARE KINUCKS!!!!
