Undefeated Kincardine Krushers!
SCOTIA BANK KINCARDINE KRUSHERS UNDEFEATED!!!
Fresh with a new team name, Scotia Bank "Kincardine Krushers" (Novice House League #4) remains undefeated this season. Everyone played hard and kept the heat on. Team #1 gave the Krushers a run for their money on Saturday with a score of 4-2. Goalie Marcelle Platt, who was fresh off a couple of shutouts, had to stand on her head to make several saves to keep the Krushers in the game.
The defensive players Aiden Berkman, Andrew Macdonald, Kenzie Ford all worked hard to keep the puck out of the Krushers end. The offensive players Zackery Eybergen, Ryan Wheeler, Noah Swann, Trent Pletch, Mackenzie Kuntz and Ryan Tanner all worked hard and kept the pressure on Team #1 all game. Trent Pletch picked up 2 goals in the 1st period and another pair in the 2nd with the assists coming from Zack, Mackenzie and Noah. During the third period the Krushers shutdown Team #1 in the neutral zone and kept the score at a final of 4-2.
