Another close game for the Green Machine in league play!!

Novice HL#2 “Green Machine” vs.
Novice HL#3, Nov.12th 2011.
This game
had the making of a Wild West shoot out. Both teams came with offence.
Both teams
skated hard, and passing was on this day.
Bailey Pierson opened the scoring for team#2, but continuous play of getting caught in too deep and turnovers brought the tally high. Pinching down left the goalies out to dry a number of times, relying on them to come up with big saves. Mack Beisel scoring four goals surely helped. But a good effort needs to be noted for Cam Fletcher playing in goal for his first time this season. Kincardine team #2 is improving greatly on positional play and looking around for each other on ice. This game could have gone either way. When all was said and done the KNHL team #2 fell to a final score of 6-5.
