Bantam Girls Tie 1-1 against Georgian Shores
Sunday. November 18th at home against Georgian Shores.
The
game stayed scoreless in the first period. Kincardine scored the first goal of
the game in the second period, it was a slapshot that rolled off the goalie and
into the net. Great goal by Georgia Fields and assisted by Morgan Robertson. Amber Howald stymied a break-away with a
blocker save halfway through the second period. A pad save late in the second
denied Georgian Shores a chance to tie it up.
Early in the third, Georgian Shores tied up the game. With end to end
action, Amber was pummelled with shots in the third period but made save after
save. The game ended in a 1-1 tie. Way
