2013 Dryland Training
The 2013 Kincardine Pee Wee Legion Kinucks are finding out what it takes
to work hard thanks to Shawn & Jodi Talbot from Physical Benefits.
This years team have started their first session of dryland training, being assisted by Shawn & Jodi Talbot (owners) of Physical Benefits.
Physical Benefits have graciously stepped up to support our team in helping us move forward in getting stronger, quicker and maintaining flexibility. In observing their first session, it was good to see the kids being taught proper techniques. The kids were laughing, facilitating and challenging each other.
It was really nice to see them working hard at competing for the (Belt) for 'the hardest worker'. The first champ of the year was won by Ethan Petrie. Ethan will have a tough job ahead of him in maintaining his status as the champ, as all other teammates are looking forward to challenging him throughout the year. It will be a year of personal achievements and goals. I look forward to helping each and everyone meet their challenges.
