The Atom AE's have been busy!
The Boston Pizza Atom AE Hockey team has had a busy week and a half with 5 games played.

On Jan 31 the Kinucks traveled to Listowel to start the second round of the WOAA Championships. The Kinucks came up short with a 3-2 loss, goals by Brock Courtney from Kole McCormick and an unassisted marker from McCormick. On Feb 1 the Kinucks continued with Listowel on home ice. This time the Kinucks took the win with a 2-1 score on unassisted goals from Chase Anderson and Kayne Lee, this tied the series at 1-1. On Feb 3, the Kinucks went back to Listowel to take one from them in their own barn in OT. The kinucks took the win with both goals from Tyler Johns, with assists to Kayne Lee and Chase Anderson. This gave the Kinucks the 2-1 advantage heading home. On Feb 05 the Kinucks defeated the Cyclones at the Davidson Center and earned the WOAA 2nd Entry Championship Trophy. This came on a 3-1 win with goals from Kole McCormick, Brock Courtney, and Tyler Johns with assists from Kayne Lee, Graeden Colhoun and Miles Courtney. On Feb 08 the Kinucks traveled to Durham to face West Grey in an OMHA round robin match. The kinucks came out hard and made them pay on their own ice. Goals came from Kayne Lee (5), Bennett Janes (1) and Kole McCormick (1). Assists went out to Brock Courtney (2), Spencer Humble (1), Jesse Page (2), Kole McCormick (3), Thomas Harmsworth (2), and Chase Anderson (1). The final score was 7-2, and added 2 more points to the kinucks round robin totals. All players on the team have done their part this week, the defense has kept the puck away from the net, forwards are scoring goals, and Kwade Beisel is standing on his head when called upon in the net.
