Dry Land Training at No Drama Fitness
The girls are working out both ON the ice and OFF the ice to be in the best condition they can be for the season. Lower Lakes Female Hockey League is a competitive and exciting league to play in and the team is doing well. Currently top of their loop, with Orillia closing in on them.
Thanks to team Trainer, Carrie Charette, the girls are spending time at No Drama Fitness where they work on many aspects of fitness.
