PeeWee LL2 off to a solid start!
PeeWee LL2
played in Ayton against West Grey Warriors 2 on Wednesday night and showed us
what they are made of!
We were
down to only 8 players, against a team of 14 on the opposing side, but that
didn't scare the boys off of digging in and playing hard!
The team
was abundant with shots on net, although they were only able to pass one
through the Warrior's Goalie, when Isaiah Wencel slapped a hard shot into the
top corner.
With a
strong defensive team, fast offence, great passing and some good saves by
Daniel Melnikov, the boys really made the opponents work for their goals.
They never gave up and put 100%
effort in. It's going to be a great season watching these boys grow!
