This past Saturday the Girls hosted a game with the Saugeen
Shores Storm at the Davidson Center.
The Girls had fun with a mix-up on the bench with both Trainers Regan and Anne there to support while trying some new lines and positions. The Girls were full of spunk and determination in this game.
Gracey MacIntosh was the first to score in the first for the Kinucks with an assist from Lilah Rock. Avery Boulton scored the second game goal at the end of the first with an assist from Sadie White.
In the second period Gracie scored again, this time assisted by Sadie White. Aera Armstrong was soon to follow with her first game goal on a breakaway. Dorothea Trudeau was right behind with the game’s 5th goal on another breakaway for the Kinucks. Gracie then scored on a breakaway for her first season Hat-trick! Brette Stewart also saw a goal in the second period with an assist from Gracey, and Gracie would be there to support the game’s 8th goal moments later for Avery Boulton.
In the third period, Lilah Rock scored with an assist from Aera Armstrong, followed by Sadie White on a breakaway and then Aera would score on her own breakaway for the game’s last goal.
Gracey was on fire today!! And so was Reide Searle with a shut out for the Kinucks! Great game, Kinucks! See you next weekend in Owen Sound as you start the season Playdowns!
