Welcome to the 2018-2019 Bantam rostered select team. This is an opportunity to engage in a couple of higher caliber tournaments throughout the year above and beyond our established local league season. Total cost for these two tournaments will be $150 and is payable to Tom Desmond.

Games may start early Friday morning so the room block is for Thursday-Sunday to guarantee availability. Should our schedule allow for travel Friday morning all that is required is to call and cancel your Thursday night booking greater then 48 hours prior. 4) When guests check into the Hotel they will be asked to provide a Credit Card which will be authorized for their Room & Tax and $50 per night for Incidentals. (Hotel policy requires a credit card at the time of check in. Debit/Cash can only be used at check-out to settle the invoice.)
5) Cancellation Policy for individual reservations when booking within a team block is 48 hrs.
6) The courtesy block of rooms will be held until Monday January 14, 2019. Rates are only guaranteed 30 days prior to arrival date & guestrooms are on a first come, first serve basis. Within 30 days to arrival, Rates & Guestrooms are subject to availability, and surcharges may apply.
7) The Hotel will try their best to ensure the Group’s rooms are all located near each other but cannot guarantee it.
