IT'S GREAT TO BE BACK!!!
After an up and down start to the tournament the boys found their game in the semi finals vs St. Marys.
The team came out flying in a total team effort to win convincingly against a talented group.
The win set the stage for a rematch against the Mt. Brydges Cougars who didn't see our best effort in round robin play.
The boys kept the momentum going pinning the Cougars in their own zone for the first 5 minutes of the period. The pressure payed off with 2 quick goals.
Mt. Brydges pressured in the 2nd period but were stifled by some tough defensive play and a hot goaltender.
The boys showed heart and determination closing out the championship game with a 4 -1 victory.
