The Canadian IntraUniversity Sport (CIS) Hockey Great Lakes Challenge is a four-team university hockey tournament at the Davidson Centre Sept. 30 to Oct. 2. Some of the country’s best university hockey programs will be in Kincardine for a round-robin tournament. The University of Regina Cougars, the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns, the York University Lions and the University of Guelph Gryphons will play a total of six games over three days beginning Sept. 30.Weekend passes will soon be available for just $20. Thursday, Sept. 29
Teams practise in the morning, visit schools in the afternoon
Friday, Sept. 30
5 p.m. – University of Guelph Gryphons at University of Lethbridge Pronghorns
Opening ceremonies – Special guests: 11-year-old singing sensation Brontae Hunter of Ripley, the legendary Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band, and more!
8 p.m. – York University Lions at University of Regina Cougars
Saturday, Oct. 1
11a.m. - KMHA Atom Girls vs Georgian Shores
12Noon- KMHA Midget Girls vs South Huron Sabres
2 p.m. – Lethbridge Pronghorns at York University
5 p.m. – Guelph Gryphons at Regina Cougars
8 p.m. – Saugeen Maitland AA Bantams vs. TBD

9:30 a.m. – KMHA Peewee Girls vs. Blyth
