No application is accepted until registration is received with cheque.

*Note* to get your entry in, we do not need your team roster right away. We understand that team rosters get finalized after the date at which teams wish to apply. To reserve your team a spot please go ahead and send in your application fee and contact information.
You can send in your player list later once it is set, (by Nov. 30th please).
This information is necessary for our tournament program and our tournament director.

Game Location Information:
Novice: Games will be played mainly in Ripley.
Peewee: Games will be played mainly in Tiverton.
Bantam: Games will be played mainly in Kincardine.
Championship Games

All Championship Games will be played on Tuesday Dec 30th in Kincardine.
