Free Concussion Assessments Being Offered Again
Submitted By tannera on Thursday, September 15, 2016
Once again we will be providing, to our members aged 10 and above (by Dec 31st 2016) – Comprehensive Baseline Concussion Assessments administered by the experts at Joint Physiotherapy.

The format this year will be a little different.  We ask that you call Joint Physiotherapy (519-396-2828) to book your player an appointment that fits your schedule.  All appointments must be booked by October 1st 2016 and are to be completed by Dec 31st 2016.  There will be an option of before or after school appointments starting in September. Please take advantage of this offer and book your appointment now.  Assessments should be completed yearly in order to give the professionals the tools that they need, in the event that your player does sustain a concussion at some point in the year.  The assessment will help in the treatment process and get your player’s brain back to a state of the baseline results. The Forms tab for the consent and information packages that need to accompany your player to their appointment will be posted soon. If you would like more information – please e-mail me at [email protected] or see the link below for Joint Physiotherapy.
