2024 First Time Player Registration (Kincardine Minor Hockey Association)

All participants must review and acknowledge Rowan's Law which can be found HERE. 
Please attached a copy of the completion certificate below.

The parent(s)/guardian(s) agrees to abide by the terms set forth in the KMHA Code of Conduct governing the conditions under which the applicants shall participate in Kincardine Minor Hockey.

I have read and understand KMHA Refund Policy found in section 2 of KMHA Rules of Operations

Any player who has not submitted a registration form or paid the registration fee will not be permitted on the ice. The only exception to the foregoing will be by approval of the KMHA Executive Committee after receiving a request for special consideration. 

You must complete Respect in Sports for the first-time player. Instructions can be found HERE.
