2026 / 2027 OWHA Coaching Application
Applications will be accepted for all OWHA teams in the following age groups; U11B U13B U15B U18B. Please refer to the list of coaching requirements in the Coaches and Team Staff section of our website. Note; they are subject to change as per the OMHA and OWHA rules and regulations, as amended. All applications shall be completed through this web form. Any questions can be directed to the KMHA Third VP (VP Girls Hockey). Applications close at 11:59pm on Sunday February 28, 2025

KMHA allows coaches the opportunity to choose their coaching staff. All members of the coaching staff must be properly certified. Coaches will be asked to submit their choices to the executive for approval. All members of the coaching staff will be subject to a police criminal records check.
I understand that completing a Coaches Application with KMHA does not guarantee me a coaching position and all applicants must first be approved by the KMHA executive committee.
