Registration for the 2025-2026 season is now open!
*Please take a moment to read ALL of the
following information carefully before proceeding to online registration*
If your player is registered and participating in A Zone tryouts, please hold off on registering with KMHA until your player has made the decision to play within the KMHA organization.
Things to know:
1. Kincardine Minor Hockey offers players the opportunity to play hockey in a fun, safe, positive and supportive environment for boys and girls of all ages. Early bird registration opens May 1st and runs until May 31st. Any registration after May 31st until August 31st will have a late fee of $150. This will apply to U8-U15 with exemption of U18 due to fall tryouts.
2. RESPECT IN SPORT
on-line Program required- At least one parent or guardian of every player must
complete the online Respect In Sport (RIS) program prior to the player's
participation. If you have completed this course and need to add a new
player to your account, please follow the online instructions to "add a
child". Every child must have this qualification on their file
before they can be put on a Roster. For more information about the RIS
program, please visit tab
3. Refund Policy- The Kincardine Minor refund policy is provided in both the association's
Constitution and the Policy Manual, both of which are found online. Refunds will only be
provided in accordance with the KMHA By-Laws. Please refer to those documents for
specific schedules of refund amounts per time of season.
4. Goalie Registration *NEW* - This season KMHA is offering goalies a discounted registration. Full time goalies U11-U18 participating this year will only pay $100 to register. We hope this will help alleviate some of the financial hurdles to playing the position and potentially encourage more players to choose the position. To register a goalie use the "goalie" option.
5. Player Movement- Starting in 2025/26 season OHF and WOAA have removed residency regulations for local league hockey. Players are free to sign up with the minor hockey association of their choice. At this time KMHA will accept registrations from non-resident players U11 to U18. Team numbers will be determined by available goaltenders and volunteer coaches.
6. Payments- Payment must be made via credit card or e-transfer in either installments or full payment completed by August 31, 2025, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the KMHA Director of Registration. *Credit card surcharge will be applied*
Interac e-Transfers: Please send payment to [email protected]
