Kincardine Legion Peewees conquer Walkerton Capitals 16-0.
Written by Tracy Primeau

The boys travelled to Walkerton on Wednesday night for a game they dominated thoroughly.  At the end of the first the Kinucks were up 4-0 and Walkerton had not spent much time in Kincardine’s end.  In the second period Kincardine got another four goals and there was a little action for goalie Ethan Primeau.  Although Walkerton did not give up until the very end, Kincardine went on to score eight more goals in the third period.

I apologize if I’ve missed any points as there were a lot of them but this is the way it lined up.  Garrett McFadden, four goals and one assist.  Ethan Skinner had three goals and two assists.  Ethan Long broke his scoring slump with four goals in the third after he contributed with two assists in the second.  Brett Burrows gave the team two goals and an assist.  Scott McFarlan scored one in the first and also had two assists.  Dalton Hayes and Evan Brown both got their first goals of the season and also both offered assists.

Other assists went to Kurt Dunsbier (3), Sam Culmer (4), Shane Vollmer (5) and Marshall Smith.  Although Kincardine won handily they kept up their passing and skills throughout the game.
