OMHA SEMI ALL-SQUARE AFTER TWO
Well, it's all tied up at one apiece after the opening two back-to back games in Parry Sound on the weekend. Both games were exciting hard-fought match ups. Finding their best form in the third period, the Kinucks roared back from a 2-0 deficit in game 1 on Saturday, Feb 28th to take the tie 3-2. On Sunday, Mar 1st, Parry Sound edged the second game 2-1 despite a late onslaught from the Kinucks.
Most of the team had been involved in three tough CWOSSA road trip games for KDSS on the Thursday and Friday before the series opener so are now trying to get in as much 'R and R' as possible before Parry Sound come to town on Friday/Saturday 6th and 7th March for games 3 and 4....and a possible return to Parry Sound on Sunday, March 8th. COME OUT AND SUPPORT THE GUYS - Friday at 9.30 pm, Saturday at 6.15 pm.
