Kinucks go down fighting....
After a fierce battle on the ice the Kinucks were handed their first lost of the regular season on November 1 2008 in Meaford.
The Kinucks fought hard throughout the game and Lara C. earned the 1st goal at 8:32 of the second period, forcing the puck by a stalwart net minder for Meaford. Goal tending was the story for most of the game as the net minders shut down both sides. There were some spectacular plays and drives by both sides thwarted only by equally stellar moments of net minding. Meaford came to life in the third period their nine skaters pushing hard for victory to secure three goals and a 3-1 victory over the Kinucks.
