Kincardine Kinucks burned in dying seconds of the game as Lucknow win 4-3
The Kincardine Kinucks were in Lucknow on Saturday November 29th hoping to chalk up another victory after a solid 7-0 performance against Howick earlier in the week but didn't catch any breaks as they were squeezed out 4-3 by Lucknow in the dying seconds of the game.

Kincardine has been working hard with the coaching team focusing on the basics passing the puck, using the boards and skating harder and faster than the other team.  This is exactly what the Kincardine Kinucks girls were doing yesterday as they took the lead at 9:20 of the second period on goal by Eden M. assisted by Mercedes B. and Ashley B.   The same line for the Kinucks added another goal at 13:42 of the third providing some much needed breathing space in a game where both net minders were superlative.

Kincardine was to hold onto this lead until 9:28 of the third when Lucknow's Kayla M. slid one past to tie things up while Kincardine was paying the price for having had too many players on the ice just moments earlier.  In the following two minutes they would score twice again to take the lead in front of a home town crowd.   Lucknow was jubilant but only for a few seconds as Kincardine tied things up at 7:31 of the third as Megan S. and Jorie E. combined to put the puck past the Lucknow goalie.

Kasey B. shut down Lucknow's scoring for the next seven minutes demonstrating both poise and agility as she pounced on a barrage of shots.  In the end it was a quick strike with just fifteen seconds left that lifted Lucknow to a 4-3 win over Kincardine in what was a well played and hard fought game.
