Victory in the Season opener for Bantam Rep Girls
Tonight marked an exciting season opener for the Kincardine Kinucks Bantam B Girls. Dakota Smith's status on the DL left a Baker's dozen to battle the Goderich Sailorettes. And a battle it was with 14 minutes in penalties accumulated throughout the game. Strong defense by Duncan, Jolley, Hodgins, and Mangotich and Baker's finesse between the pipes resulted in Baker's first shutout of the season. Krulicki's unassisted goal in the 1st gave the Bantam girls their first victory of the regular season - way to go girls. The next home game is on Saturday October 16 at 2pm vs Milverton. Come out and support the girls.
