The Kincardine Atom Girls HL faced the Walkerton Girls C team early Sunday morning. The extra hour of sleep Halloween night certainly helped out our girls as they fought hard to keep the puck out of our end. As hard as they tried in the first 2 periods, the Walkerton team was unable to get the puck past our very busy goaltender.  After a few rushes, some solid defensive work and a few bumps and bruises our girls lost a little steam in the 3rd. Walkerton was able to push forward and keep the pressure on, winning the game 5-0. Way to go Kincardine girls for putting forth a strong effort ...

The Kincardine Atom Girls HL team kicked off their season with a game in Southampton this weekend. The team had their work cut out for them, up against the Saugeen Shores C team. Our players made us proud, came out strong and gave it their all!
