- Parents/Guardians, please work out changes if needed with other parents.  Let the team manager know via WhatsApp chat to update the page to reflect the change.

- Plan to be in booth 10 minutes prior to the start of the game.  (dress warm...)

- If you are new to this... bring a pencil and paper to write things down before updating the app during the game.  You will need to capture things like # of the player(s) involved for scoring and penalties, the time it happened in the game, type of penalty, etc.

GameSheet Best Practices

Gamesheet online knowledge base

Kincardine and Tiverton each have KMHA provided iPads with the app loaded.   Watch the videos in the above YouTube link to familiarize yourself with the app.  On game day:
- One of the staff can answer questions for you prior to the game.
The team manager will have the team code
- Search for the U11 LL1 game in the app

Rosters are pre-loaded into the program, so managers just have to ensure that they have entered the correct game/teams. Refs get to sign the gamesheet electronically and scores/game reports can be sent in immediately after the game.
