Kincardine Novice Rep
The Kincardine Home Hardware Novice rep team hit the ice twice more this week. On Saturday afternoon, they faced their rivals, the Mount Forest Rams. Both teams played well and there was back to back action with big plays in both ends. Both Keepers played well and kept it close.

Kincardine had a goal in the second scored by Quinton Page from Nathan Arnold and Gavin Beaty. In the Third, Jesse Page scored with assists from Quinton Page and Graeden Colhoun to make it a tie game. With just under 5 min to go in the game, Mount forest slid one past the Kinucks goal line and managed to hold on for the win, handing the Kinucks their first loss in regular season play. 3-2.

On Tuesday night the Kinucks headed to Walkerton to take on the Capitals. After their recent loss, the Kinucks came out on fire.

Excellent goal tending by Rowen Cherrett and great defensive play earned Rowen the shut out. The Kinucks took the decisive win 5-0. In the first period Alex Colley took a nice pass from Quinton Page and Gavin Beaty to score the first of the game. Walkerton put up a hard fight through the second period and kept the Kinucks off the board. The Third period saw the Kinucks come to life. Quinton Page scored on an assist from Alex Colley and Jesse Page, followed by a goal from Brandon Bishop assisted by Gavin Beaty. Later on in the period Graeden Colhoun struck with assists from Brandon bishop and Jesse page. To round out the game, with just 6 seconds to go, Quinton Page broke in from the face off and scored an unassisted marker.
