Oct 20 2012 Kincardine Canadian Tire Atom Girls Rep played host toTCDMHA at the Tiverton rink.
From the face-off, won by Kincardine till the end of the game, it was a lopsided affair. Most of the first period was spent in TCDMHA’s end, but they held strong. Georgia Tanner provided the games first goal early in the second which set the stage for the rest of the game. Five more helped fill in the score sheet. These where scored by Brooklyn McArther(2), Aysha Machan, Claire Hunsburger and a second by Georgia. Assists went to Aysha, Georgia, Heidi Allen, Chloe Page, Kennedy Farrel and Joanne Page. Rose Pande had to be sharp on the limited shots to earn the shutout. Making the magic happen from the blue line, the defense kept the puck in and made it difficult for TCDMHA to even get a line change. This was a fun one to watch!
