PeeWee Girls B, 2013-2014 (Kincardine Minor Hockey Association)

In the second game of the series we saw a very evenly matched game. There was no scoring in period . Two penalties for Kincardine Two for St Mary's. There was no scoring in the second. St Mary's however had a penalty shot awarded to them. Marcel shut the door on the penalty shot keeping the game tied. The third was very much like the rest of the game however with 3.48 to go Emma broke it open assisted by Georgia. St Mary's outshot Kincardine 15-10 but could not get on the board. Marcel comes away with the shut out and the team takes the first series.

St Mary's travelled to Kincardine for the first game of the playoffs.  Kincardine came out flying for this game and dominated St Mary's in the first. With the hard work we came out of the first with a 1-0 lead. The goal was scored by Emma  assisted by Laura and Georgia. The game tightened up in the second and was scoreless. The third saw St Mary's tie the game with 3.24 remaining. Georgia answered back on a beautiful play assisted by Aysha and Slade. Final score 2-1

The Kincardine Pee Girls Rep "B" team travelled to South Huron (Exeter) to play the South Huron Sabres.  Kincardine opened up the scoring early in the first period, goal to Emma Twolan and assisted by Lauren O'Hagan.  The second period resulted in no scoring for either side.  The third period seen two of the Kincardine players in the penalty box.  We where able to hold off South Huron.  Late in the third period, Aysha Machan scored unattended.  Final score 2-0 for Kincardine.  Special thanks to Sobeys, the sponsor of the Kincardine Girls Pee Wee Rep B Team
