Kincardine Sobey's Peewee Girls Win 3 of 4
The Kincardine Sobey's Peewee Girls completed a stretch of 4 games in 6 days with a record of 3 and 1.

The week started Monday with a lack-lustre 2-0 loss in Walkerton where the girls seemed on a bit of a let-down after their Silver Stick win the weekend previous.  On Wednesday, the Kinucks were home to a previously undefeated Blyth/Brussels team.  The girls were firing on all cylinders with a 7-0 win.  Maddie Duncan picked up 2 goals with Krulicki, Hodgins, Bowes, Allen and Colhoun tallying singles.  Jolley, Smith and Mangotich contributed assists while Morgan Baker picked up another shut-out.  On a snowy Firday evening, the girls travelled to Goderich and came away with a 5-2 win.  Hawkeye Allen and Vanessa Hodgins picked up 2 goals each while Bowes added the other.  J-Mo Satosek, Duncan, Krulicki and Colhoun all had helpers.  On Saturday, the newly formed line of Colhoun, Krulicki and Allen had things rolling, scoring all goals in a 9-0 win.  Krulicki scored five of the goals while Allen and Colhoun potted 2 each.  Dakota Smith had many great shots from the point, contributing 2 assists in the process.  The defensive tandems of Smith and Nicole McLeod, Duncan and Lauren Jolley kept the puck out of the Kinuck's zone and helped Baker earn her 2nd shut-out in 4 days.  Way to go girls.
