HOME HARDWARE NOVICES WIN TWO VERSUS WALKERTON
On Friday the Kinucks hosted Walkerton in Tiverton. The game was tied 2-2 after the first period. Both goals were scored by Wilson Shipp, and the loan assist went to Heidi Allen. The only other goal of the game came midway through the third period off the stick of Jordan Beisel, assisting on the game winning goal were Shipp, and Allen.
On Saturday morning the team travelled to Walkerton for the back end of a home and home. Kincardine came out with a strong start and led 4-1 after the first. The team never looked back and won the game 7-1. Jordan Moulton had a hat trick (3), Cody McLelland, Nolan MacKinnon, Noah Swann, and Allen rounded out the scoring. Assists went to Beisel, Shipp, Swann, Moulton, and MacKinnon.
