Novice Team #2 follows up with a big “W” in game 2 of the season at the Tiverdome.

1st period
action was tight with Reilly Colhoun opening the scoring @ the 7:51 marker. Team #2 was playing hard and skating well. We
gave up a couple to go down by a goal at the end of the first. Both
goaltenders Cole Price team #2 and Gordie Reaume team #4 were earning their
keep respectively, with lots of action in both ends.
In the 2nd period the action was back and forth. Team #4 earned two goals in the second, and team #2 tallied one off of the stick of Mack Beisel. Passing was looking great between team #2 and they should be proud of their efforts.
The 3rd period is where things began to separate between the two teams. With Mack Beisel showing strong (four more goals and a total of 5 on the day), and some amazing support by the rest of the team it paved the way for a big win for team #2. With everyone sweating and smiling, we closed out the game, and final score was 6-4 in favour of NHL #2.
