Novice Rep, 2015-2016 (Kincardine Minor Hockey Association)

The Home Hardware sponsored Kincardine Novice Kinucks wrapped up their regular season play winning 3 of their last 4 games, securing 3rd place in their division. With a group of four road trip games to finish the season, the Kinucks would pay visits to the sunny and exotic locations of Port Elgin, Goderich and Listowell.

The Home Hardware sponsored Kincardine Novice Kinucks had been showing some good form in recent weeks, as they prepared for the Regional Silverstick. Their more recent victories were a 4-0 win over a strong Hanover Falcons team, followed by a 5-1 win over the Listowell Cyclones. The return of top goal scorer Trent Houghton was only going to strengthen the teams' readiness for the Regional Silverstick Tournament, hosted in Kincardine. 

The Home Hardware sponsored Kincardine Novice Kinucks would take another step forward in their hockey season. This time the Kinucks would make it to the tournament final, only to be edged out by a strong BCH Ice Dogs.  Starting the tournament on the Friday night, Kincardine would be short of one forward. Jack Charbonneau would be focusing on his acting skills, on this particular night, with his part in a local Peter Pan production.
