Kincardine Atom girls ready for Tourney after loss in Desboro .
After a hard fought loss last Saturday the Kincardine
Scotiabank Atom girls are ready to go for the Grey Highlands shooting stars
Tourney in Markdale this coming weekend.
Saturday’s game in Desboro saw the Kinucks and Rebels constant battle
for the puck. Despite the Kinucks taking a couple of penalties, and a
disallowed goal in the third, the girls continued to press hard with
many great scoring chances.
The girls did not give up all game with amazing passing, forcing
turnovers, and testing the Rebels net minder with shots on net.the final score was 3-0.
Taylor Carney was player of the game Taylor had an all-around great
game, working hard for scoring chances, and protecting our goalie with
great defensive plays.
